2. Service Agreements

Before commencing any work, AquaPoint Technical Services will provide a detailed scope, quotation, and timeline. Work will proceed only upon written approval or signed agreement by the client.


3. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule (advance, progress, or upon completion).
  • Delayed payments may result in suspension or termination of ongoing work.
  • All prices are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide access to the worksite as needed.
  • Ensure any required permits or permissions are secured.
  • Notify us of any site-specific conditions or restrictions.

5. Warranties & Limitations

  • We provide limited warranties on certain installations and systems, as outlined in the project agreement.
  • AquaPoint Technical Services is not liable for damage due to misuse, poor maintenance, or third-party interference after project handover.

6. Cancellation & Delays

  • Cancellations must be made in writing at least 5 business days before scheduled work.
  • Unavoidable delays (weather, supply chain, etc.) will be communicated and managed professionally.

7. Health & Safety

We follow industry-standard safety protocols for all works, especially underwater and electrical installations. Clients are expected to maintain a safe working environment during project execution.


8. Intellectual Property

Designs, plans, and documentation prepared by AquaPoint Technical Services remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.


9. Website Use

The content on our website is for informational purposes only. Reuse or reproduction without written permission is prohibited.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of local courts.
